This includes a thorough review of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, as well as declarations, by-laws, and rules & regulations, ensuring full compliance and alignment with HOA guidelines.
Integration
We integrate local state laws governing landlords and tenants into our lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and protection for all parties involved. Additionally, we incorporate any customized preferences provided by the client to tailor the agreement to their specific needs and requirements.
Lease Agreement Draft
We offer a preliminary draft of the lease agreement for the client's review, allowing them to provide feedback and suggest any necessary changes. Once revisions are incorporated, we present a revised draft to the client for their final approval before the agreement is considered complete.
End-To-End Execution
We streamline the execution of lease agreements by facilitating electronic signing through DocuSign. Tenants are prompted to sign the lease agreement first, followed by automatic issuance to landlords for their signatures.
Once all parties have signed, they receive a copy of the finalized lease agreement. Additionally, if the rental property is within an HOA and required, we provide a final copy of the lease agreement to the client's HOA.
This fully electronic process ensures a seamless and efficient solution for our clients.
Our all-inclusive lease agreement services are priced at $295 per lease agreement, whether its the initial agreement or future renewals and extensions. This ensures that any updates to local state laws affecting landlords and tenants are promptly integrated, along with accommodating any new specific client requirements or amendments to HOA governing documents.
The lease agreement draft is provided to our clients within 2-5 business days. Requested lease revisions are made and provided within 48 hours.
